  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

For Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, ground coriander, ground cumin, and salt.
    • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
